I began my journey into fitness from early on, starting in Karate at the age of 8, distance runner since the 6th grade, and track throughout high school. Later in life, I discovered that the skills I had acquired worked well for kickboxing, cycling, and weight training.
My training philosophy is focused on variety and the idea that withconsistent practice, and the will to overcome obstacles, strength, endurance, and health will improve. I believe in setting goals and working towards them in a safe and effective way. Consistency is key, so whatever inspires you, should be your approach. Setbacks often happen, to all of us. But what is important is to keep going.
I have worked as a Group Exercise Instructor, Certified Personal Trainer, and National Fitness Presenter with over 20 years experience in the fitness industry. I taught at some of the premier fitness clubs in the San Francisco- Bay Area and was asked to present at the IDEA World Fitness Convention. I have worked with clients of all ages and fitness levels to help them achieve their goals.
